Architecture and interior design
Your next space, planned room by room
You lead the design, so you're the CEO. StellarFirm gives you AI Agents, Agentic Assistants for your work. The Architect checks your survey and asks for what is missing, then draws the floor plan as a true-scale PDF, an SVG, and a DXF for your own CAD tool, with a room schedule and the checks it ran. The Designer lays out the interiors, mood boards, and finishes against that plan. These are concept drawings, not construction drawings, and a licensed architect checks anything built from them. You give the final go.
Room by room
A concept layout for an architect to review
- The brief, the site, and the measurements
- The drawings, schedules, and boards
- Where a licensed architect checks the concept
Nothing is sent or shipped unless you asked for it or approved it, and money always asks.
The Architect checks the survey and draws the floor plan, and the Designer lays out the interiors and the boards. Client mail and anything that leaves wait for your Approve.

Illustrated workflow
02 / The team works
The team works
The assistants take the goal, use the ready prompts and skills, and do the work in the tools you connected.
How it works
From a goal to a result.
- 01
Set a goal
You say what done looks like: a ticket, a client, a deadline, or a draft.
- 02
The team works
The assistants take the goal, use the ready prompts and skills, and do the work in the tools you connected.
- 03
You approve the risky step
Anything that sends, publishes, ships, or charges waits for your Approve. Approve a kind of step once and that assistant remembers it, but money always asks. You are the CEO.
- 04
You get the result
A measured floor plan with its room schedule, or a mood board with a finishes schedule, each ready for a licensed architect and your final go.
Example
Send the concept board to your client
It sends to people, so it asks first.
The team
You, and the assistants.
You, the CEO
You set the brief, choose between the options, and approve what leaves the studio, such as a message to a client.
Architect
Checks your survey and asks for what is missing instead of inventing a measurement. Draws a one storey floor plan from the checked sizes as a true-scale PDF, an SVG, and a DXF with a room schedule, and keeps the materials, finishes, and lighting as schedules tied to the plan. It never says a design meets a building code.
Designer
Lays out interior and spatial concepts against the Architect's checked plan: mood boards, furniture, finishes, and zones. It gives no dimensions of its own, and where picture making is on for your account it makes concept pictures that are labelled as concepts.

Built in
What your assistants can use.
A measured floor plan
The Architect checks your survey and asks for what is missing, then draws a floor plan as a true-scale PDF, an SVG and a DXF, with a room schedule.
Its own computer
Each assistant works on its own computer in StellarFirm cloud, set up with the tools its job needs, and hands you the files.
Pages and documents beside the chat
A page, chart, table, document or picture an assistant makes opens beside the chat, so you can check it while the work goes on.
Pictures and short videos
Assistants make pictures and short videos on StellarFirm's studio account, and each answer tells you what the work used.
Send your work to Canva
Send what an assistant made to your own Canva to finish it there.
Assistants ask each other
An assistant can ask a teammate a question and pass it notes and files, all inside StellarFirm. A teammate's note never skips an Approve.
Research tools
Web, news and scholar searches, scholarly works, video transcripts and market data, all read-only.
Roles you make yourself
Name a role we don't ship, say what it does and give it any of our skills or your own. Comes with Ultra and enterprise.
